That's okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.

We bring all required products to give your home a great clean, aside from a hoover, mop, bucket or step stool. If you'd like us to use a specific product, please let us know and leave it out for the cleaner to use.

At Tidy Home London, our top priority is the safety of our cleaners and customers.
  • Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs;
  • Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose and mouth;
  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; and
  • Social distancing.
We also ask that all customers proactively follow guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your bookings. Other recommendations for customers include:
  • Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the 6-foot person-to-person distance currently recommended.
  • Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home or your cleaner.

Tipping is not mandatory or required in any way, but you have the option of doing so if you feel that you've received exceptional service. Tidy Home London cleaners are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances.

It depends entirely on the size of your house! The minimum booking length is 2 hours, but you can always request a longer booking if you need one.
