Yes, absolutely! Give us a call at 07803 304 729 and we will set you up with a great home cleaning immediately.

That's okay! Just leave us detailed entry instructions when you schedule your appointment online so we know how to gain access to your home. Your home will be locked when the cleaner leaves.

We bring all required products to give your home a great clean, aside from a hoover, mop, bucket or step stool. If you'd like us to use a specific product, please let us know and leave it out for the cleaner to use.

At Tidy Home London, our top priority is the safety of our cleaners and customers.
  • Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs;
  • Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose and mouth;
  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; and
  • Social distancing.
We also ask that all customers proactively follow guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your bookings. Other recommendations for customers include:
  • Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the 6-foot person-to-person distance currently recommended.
  • Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home or your cleaner.

Easy! Just let us know via phone, live chat or email and we will inform our cleaner.

Tipping is not mandatory or required in any way, but you have the option of doing so if you feel that you've received exceptional service. Tidy Home London cleaners are not permitted to solicit tips under any circumstances.

Easy! Just contact us and we can cancel your booking. Please, be aware of the cancellation policy.

It depends entirely on the size of your house! The minimum booking length is 2 hours, but you can always request a longer booking if you need one.

No. Professional from Tidy Home London are deeply compassionate people. Mess is expected, dust & dirt is expected & that’s what we sign up for. Allowing someone into your home is a very brave step & your vulnerability will be acknowledged & respected. Anything discussed or seen will be treated as highly confidential & any photos only taken with your express permission.
This is about working with you to take control of your space & improve your life, rather than dwell on the past.

It seems to be due to the mix of practical skills & emotional support provided.
The positive impact this can have on your well-being is immeasurable. It’s about more than simply removing clutter.
It is about transforming your home into a beautiful, functional space – a sanctuary for you to enjoy rather than endure. It’s also about transforming your outlook & mind for the better.

No! This is your process. The decisions are your decisions & you will be coached into making the right ones for you. Your organiser won’t have their own agenda as to how things should look (but will be full of ideas to inspire you)
It’s important to remember that your space & belongings are personal to you. What is clutter to one person is not to another.
